GasRam™ for the SWAT Operator
Bear Cat Operations

The GasRam™ can be mounted on an armored vehicle and inserted through a wall while the operators are better protected from hostile fire inside the vehicle. The chemical agent charge can then be initiated from inside the vehicle.

Click here to watch the Magnum GasRam™ mounted on a BearCat armored car penetrate a wall.

In order to do this your armored car must have a front mounted trailer hitch with a 2" receiver. The GasRam™ must be ordered with a 2" receiver added to the body. A 2" square eight (8) foot long extension post is then inserted into the hitch and GasRam™. The ram is loaded and the fuse prepared. A nylon parachute cord is connected to the safety pin of the grenade and run to persons inside the armored vehicle through the top hatch or open window. After the ram is inserted into the structure the cord is pulled dislodging the safety pin and initiating the grenade.

After the grenade has expended its contents the ram can be pulled back out of the structure. Taken to a place of safety and reloaded. It can the be reinserted into the structure if necessary.
